Terms of Service

The terms under which we provide our telehealth and home visit services.

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by MJSN Pty Ltd, trading as Dr Dina Telehealth (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully before booking an appointment.

1. Acceptance of terms

By booking an appointment, using our website, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our services

We provide general practice medical services via telehealth (video and phone consultations) and in-person home visits within designated areas of Perth. Services include consultations, care plans, mental health support, focused psychological strategies, and pregnancy support counselling, as described on our website.

3. Nature of telehealth

Telehealth consultations are subject to certain limitations. Some conditions cannot be adequately assessed or treated remotely and may require an in-person examination or referral. Dr Dina will advise you if telehealth is not appropriate for your needs and recommend an alternative. The quality of a telehealth consultation may depend on your internet connection and device.

4. Not for emergencies

Our services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately or attend your nearest emergency department. For urgent after-hours health advice, contact Healthdirect on 1800 022 222.

5. Booking and payment

Telehealth appointments are booked and, in most cases, paid for through our secure third-party platform, Coviu. Home visits are booked directly via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Fees are as displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Eligible patients may receive Medicare rebates, and certain services may be bulk-billed subject to eligibility.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Your responsibilities

To help us provide safe and effective care, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your health;

Attend appointments on time and in a private, suitable environment;

Follow the care, advice, and treatment plans provided;

Pay for services in accordance with our fees and payment terms;

Treat our practitioner and staff with courtesy and respect.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of MJSN Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without excluding any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technology failures affecting telehealth consultations. Nothing in these Terms limits any guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
